The setting and views off the back deck are just gorgeous and the home is just a short walk to the ski slopes or village. This bottom duplex has 2,000 square feet on two levels, and is located in East Vail directly on the Gore Creek and just six and a half miles from Vail Village. You can also walk 1/4 mile to the free bus stop. It has a lovely open living, kitchen and dining area with a wood-burning fireplace in the sitting room. There is also a separate sun/TV room on the main level with expansive glass windows that showcase the serenity of the creek and mountains, along with a large TV and entertainment center. Off the living area is a private deck with a table and grill that enjoy the peaceful creek and mountain setting. The downstairs patio has a sitting area to enjoy the creek and summer wildflowers. The home has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and will accommodate up to eight people.
