This is a wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 bath single family home on Forest Road, a 3-minute walk to the ski slopes in Vail’s Lionshead base area. This iconic residence was one of the first residences built in all of Vail and still has many original photos showcasing the early days of Vail. The setting and views off the back deck are just gorgeous and the home is just a short walk to the ski slopes or village. This is a wonderful value for those looking to be in the heart of all the action at a reasonable price point. The home has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities. Please note that there is no garage.

All condos include a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and private balcony, and the laundry facilities are on site. Each unit comes with free underground parking for one vehicle.
