Welcome to our East Vail private home with spectacular views of Gore Creek and the Gore Range Mountains. This is the downstairs part of an up-down gold-rated duplex. This bottom duplex has 2,000 square feet on two levels, and is located in East Vail directly on the Gore Creek and just six and a half miles from Vail Village. You can also walk 1/4 mile to the free bus stop. It has a lovely open living, kitchen and dining area with a wood-burning fireplace in the sitting room. There is also a separate sun/TV room on the main level with expansive glass windows that showcase the serenity of the creek and mountains, along with a large TV and entertainment center. The economical Homestake Condos are located in Vail’s Sandstone neighborhood, across the highway from Lionshead Village. Condos have windows facing toward Vail Mountain and are very light and bright. They are a 10 minute shuttle ride to the ski slopes and there is on-site parking available.

Riva Ridge is a condominium property located in the heart of Vail Village, just steps away from the Lodge at Vail hotel as well as all of the shops and restaurants that Vail Village has to offer. It’s about a one minute walk to the ski slopes. You can't find a better location than Riva Ridge. Condo amenities include a wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, and one assigned garage parking space.
