Avanti Chalet

The ski-in/ski-out Avanti chalet is just steps from Gondola One and the heart of Vail Village, where you will find world-class restaurants, bars, boutiques, and aprés-ski hot spots. The location is truly unsurpassed and you would be hard-pressed to find a chalet of this caliber with such coveted proximity. Built in the 1960s for Vail’s very first Mayor, this large estate has all the charm of an authentic Austrian ski home combined with contemporary 21st century updates. This mountain escape offers countless amenities for a relaxing and carefree getaway, including gorgeous stone fireplaces and an outdoor living area complete with a Jacuzzi.

Chalet Arete

A welcoming atmosphere, spacious interior and magnificent views all combine to make 225 Forest Road a perfect Vail retreat. Ideally located, the home sits directly on Vail Mountain within a five minute walk to the Vista Bahn lift and Vail Village with an assortment of local shops, dining options and entertainment. An open floor plan flows throughout the main level featuring hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Centering the great room is large stone fireplace surrounded by a seating area adjoining the kitchen and dining room. The spacious kitchen was recently updated with new appliances and is fully equipped with everything needed to create culinary delights. Between the main and lower levels are four bedrooms and four bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. On the main floors are the master suite and the first guest room with two twin beds. Downstairs are the second and third guest rooms, one with a king bed and another with two queen beds. Also downstairs you’ll find a den perfect for gathering the whole group together and watching movies on the flat screen TV. Just outside are a spacious deck, newly added Jacuzzi and beautiful views of Vail Village and the surrounding forestry.
