All condos include a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and private balcony, and the laundry facilities are on site. Each unit comes with free underground parking for one vehicle. A 550-square-foot conference room is available in an adjoining building for groups of up to 30 people. There’s also a gas grill on the deck. The dining table seats eight guests and there are four barstools around the kitchen island.
