There are also tables and chairs and a gas grill on the deck, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening looking up at the ski mountain or to the creek below.

The Courtside Townhomes are located in a quiet area in East Vail, just 5 miles from Vail Village. They each have a full kitchen, an open plan living room with a fireplace, and beautiful views of the mountains. The shuttle stop for the free bus into Vail is just 100 yards away.

Villa Cortina gives you a central Vail Village location with easy access to the myriad of activities in town. The Vista Bahn lift and Village Gondola are within walking distance as well as the village shuttle which brings you throughout the Vail area for free. Villa Cortina has a year round heated pool and backs up to beautiful Gore Creek. Each unit has a private patio and gas fireplace.

Timber Creek Lodges are modern style log cabins located right next to Gore Creek. These are truly unique homes. Features include high-speed wireless internet, a washer/dryer, gas or wood-burning fireplace, spacious deck overlooking the creek, and off-street parking. Welcome to our East Vail private home with spectacular views of Gore Creek and the Gore Range Mountains. This is the downstairs part of an up-down gold-rated duplex. This bottom duplex has 2,000 square feet on two levels, and is located in East Vail directly on the Gore Creek and just six and a half miles from Vail Village. You can also walk 1/4 mile to the free bus stop. It has a lovely open living, kitchen and dining area with a wood-burning fireplace in the sitting room. There is also a separate sun/TV room on the main level with expansive glass windows that showcase the serenity of the creek and mountains, along with a large TV and entertainment center. Off the living area is a private deck with a table and grill that enjoy the peaceful creek and mountain setting. The downstairs patio has a sitting area to enjoy the creek and summer wildflowers. The home has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and will accommodate up to eight people.

The Ptarmigan Townhomes are located along Gore Creek in West Vail, 2 miles from Lionshead Village and 3 miles from Vail Village. There’s a shared outdoor hot tub for the property as well as a summer season pool. The Town of Vail’s free skier shuttle bus stops right by the complex.

The Vail Point townhomes are located just steps away from a free town of Vail bus shuttle stop and only minutes away from Vail Mountain and Vail Village. Each townhome has a gas fireplace and a 2-car garage. The Vail Point complex also has a common area pool and hot tub (summer only).
