Pitkin Creek Park

The Pitkin Creek Park condos are located in East Vail, 3.5 miles from Vail Village. The free skier shuttle bus stops right by the entrance to the complex to take you into Vail Village. The complex has a year-round outdoor hot tub and a summer season pool for your enjoyment.

Ptarmigan

The Ptarmigan Townhomes are located along Gore Creek in West Vail, 2 miles from Lionshead Village and 3 miles from Vail Village. There’s a shared outdoor hot tub for the property as well as a summer season pool. The Town of Vail’s free skier shuttle bus stops right by the complex.

Sun Vail

Vail Trails East

Vail Trails East Condos are located right in Vail Village, just 300 yards from Golden Peak ski school and the Riva Bahn lift. The units feature a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, access to washer/dryer, one parking space and TV/VCR. A great location for a family or couples!

Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort

Nestled in a quiet location in East Vail, the Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resorts’ 20+acres border the White River National Forest, and Gore Creek meanders in and around the grounds. One and two bedroom condos surround the extensive open park area in free standing, 3-story Alpine buildings. A foot path and bridge over Gore Creek leads to the 3 bedroom townhome area of the grounds. All units are individually decorated and quality controlled by the Vail Valley Chamber with a high Gold rating. Condos and Townhomes alike have full-sized living areas, full kitchen with all the items you need, a fireplace (free firewood, seasonally) and patio or balcony. Most units will also have a pull out sofa in the living area for additional bedding. Bedding configurations vary but the master bedroom will always have a queen bed. The additional bedrooms can either have a queen or 2 twin beds. < br> Resort parking is always free for guests. We encourage guests to take Vail’s free shuttle service to the slopes. There are 2 convenient stops on the property, guests are shuttled every 20 minutes (in ski season) to the base of Vail Village. Summer and off season shuttle schedules vary. The full service health club and extensive amenities are complimentary to all resort guests. The club includes weight and cardio rooms, fitness classes, a year-round heated pool, 2 large hot tubs (one adult only) and locker rooms with a sauna and steam room. East Vail also has direct access to great hiking trails that can be snow-shoed in winter season a well. So, borrow the snow shoes and venture out your door for some exciting exercise off the slopes. Simba Run Resort offers spacious condominiums with boasting spectacular sunny views of Vail Mountain.
