While you're just a stone's throw from everything West Vail has to offer, you can walk out the door to nearby trails and parks. The Courtside Townhomes are located in a quiet area in East Vail, just 5 miles from Vail Village. They each have a full kitchen, an open plan living room with a fireplace, and beautiful views of the mountains. The shuttle stop for the free bus into Vail is just 100 yards away.

Vail Point

The Vail Point townhomes are located just steps away from a free town of Vail bus shuttle stop and only minutes away from Vail Mountain and Vail Village. Each townhome has a gas fireplace and a 2-car garage. The Vail Point complex also has a common area pool and hot tub (summer only).

Breakaway West

This newly renovated Vail condo offers guests a shared hot tub and seasonal pool, plus a great location next to the Lions Ridge Loop bus stop, close to plenty of activities. Located on Lions Ridge Loop, it's a few minutes to Vail Village for luxury shopping, dining and access to the gondola. This beautiful third-floor condo with high ceilings, great views of the mountain and tasteful finishes. Hardwood floors and new rugs add elegance, and new furnishings have been provided for your comfort.

Scorpio

The Scorpio condominiums are located on the edge of Vail Village with beautiful mountain views. Walk to either Lionshead or Vail Village or hop on the free in town shuttle located just steps away. These spacious condominiums have wood burning fireplaces, shared laundry facilities, and onsite outdoor parking for two vehicles. They are a great value for the location.

Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort

Nestled in a quiet location in East Vail, the Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resorts’ 20+acres border the White River National Forest, and Gore Creek meanders in and around the grounds. One and two bedroom condos surround the extensive open park area in free standing, 3-story Alpine buildings. A foot path and bridge over Gore Creek leads to the 3 bedroom townhome area of the grounds. All units are individually decorated and quality controlled by the Vail Valley Chamber with a high Gold rating. Condos and Townhomes alike have full-sized living areas, full kitchen with all the items you need, a fireplace (free firewood, seasonally) and patio or balcony. Most units will also have a pull out sofa in the living area for additional bedding. Bedding configurations vary but the master bedroom will always have a queen bed. The additional bedrooms can either have a queen or 2 twin beds. < br> Resort parking is always free for guests. We encourage guests to take Vail’s free shuttle service to the slopes. There are 2 convenient stops on the property, guests are shuttled every 20 minutes (in ski season) to the base of Vail Village. Summer and off season shuttle schedules vary. The full service health club and extensive amenities are complimentary to all resort guests. The club includes weight and cardio rooms, fitness classes, a year-round heated pool, 2 large hot tubs (one adult only) and locker rooms with a sauna and steam room. East Vail also has direct access to great hiking trails that can be snow-shoed in winter season a well. So, borrow the snow shoes and venture out your door for some exciting exercise off the slopes.
