Villa Cortina gives you a central Vail Village location with easy access to the myriad of activities in town. The Vista Bahn lift and Village Gondola are within walking distance as well as the village shuttle which brings you throughout the Vail area for free. Villa Cortina has a year round heated pool and backs up to beautiful Gore Creek. Each unit has a private patio and gas fireplace.

Ideally located, the home sits directly on Vail Mountain within a five minute walk to the Vista Bahn lift and Vail Village with an assortment of local shops, dining options and entertainment. This is a wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 bath single family home on Forest Road, a 3-minute walk to the ski slopes in Vail’s Lionshead base area. This iconic residence was one of the first residences built in all of Vail and still has many original photos showcasing the early days of Vail. The setting and views off the back deck are just gorgeous and the home is just a short walk to the ski slopes or village. This is a wonderful value for those looking to be in the heart of all the action at a reasonable price point. The home has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities.
